The Energy Efficiency Experts List is a nationwide directory of qualified experts who specialise in energy-efficient and sustainable construction and renovation. It includes experts from the fields of energy consulting, architecture, engineering and trades. They have comprehensive expertise in a wide range of building types - from private residential buildings to commercial and public buildings to listed buildings. Depending on their qualifications, they are authorised to support you with applications for federal, state and regional funding programmes.

In addition, the Saxony Energy Experts Network offers targeted specialists from the region who can provide you with competent support for your project - whether in energy consulting, in the trades or in the implementation of renewable energies. Many of these experts are also authorised to support funding applications as expert partners and provide the necessary evidence for corresponding programmes. The GIH (Gebäudeenergieberater Ingenieure Handwerker) association represents the interests of independent energy consultants throughout Germany and is actively committed to a sustainable energy transition and greater energy efficiency in the building sector. As the largest umbrella organisation with 13 regional member associations, the GIH represents around 5,000 qualified energy experts, including master craftsmen, engineers and architects.
