The Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) is a public corporation. It operates on the basis of the IHK Act and, with around 100,000 member companies from the industry, trade, services, transport, construction, hotel and catering sectors, is the largest representative of the interests of the regional economy in the Dresden administrative district.

We advise member companies as part of orientation consultations on the topics of energy efficiency, climate neutrality and energy cost optimisation. In terms of content, our services include legal, technical and factual information. We provide an overview of current state, federal and EU funding programmes. For specific technical advice, we provide contacts to industry specialists, authorities, associations, organisations and scientific and research institutions.

The Dresden Chamber of Skilled Crafts is a self-governing body organised as a public corporation. In the Dresden chamber district, which includes the districts of Görlitz, Bautzen, Meißen, Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge and the state capital of Dresden, there are currently around 21,000 registered skilled trades businesses that employ around 120,000 people and train 5,600 people.

The Dresden Chamber of Skilled Crafts supports its member companies with a comprehensive range of advisory services on the topics of energy and the environment. Among other things, we advise on funding programmes, energy efficiency, renewable energies and savings potential as well as environmental and climate protection and resource conservation.

The Saxon Energy Agency (SAENA) is the independent consulting, information and competence centre of the Free State of Saxony for renewable energies, sustainable energy supply, energy efficiency and efficient mobility. Our aim is to support companies, local authorities and citizens in actively shaping the transition to an environmentally friendly energy supply. We support our target groups with a wide range of consulting services, information services and projects in order to jointly develop solutions that make ecological and economic sense. To this end, we bring together expertise, experience and a spirit of innovation.

SAENA is primarily active in the fields of renewable energies, sustainable energy supply, energy efficiency and efficient mobility. It mainly provides consultancy, information, networking and project services in these areas.
