Energy atlas
The municipal heating plan sets out how Dresden can gradually transition its heat supply to renewable energy sources by 2045. The aim is to ensure a future-proof, affordable and reliable heat supply. Residents and businesses are provided with guidance on which forms of heat supply are planned for their neighbourhood in the future and which are particularly suitable. District and local heating networks play an important role in this and are to be expanded where they can be used sensibly and economically.
